RULES AND CONDITIONS FOR RESERVES OF GROUPS.
1. A group is considered when 8 or more people desire to do a reservation in our Hostel for the same day (s).
2. When a reservation is with 2 months or more than anticipation can be set apart provisionally, but to confirm a reserve is required to confirm the payment 15 days before the date, otherwise reserve can be canceled. Anyways the leader of the group should always notify if the reservation is going to be canceled or changed by any motive.
3. The deposits to assure the reservation of the groups should be done in the following way:

More than 3 months	10%
3 months or less	25%
Less than a month	50%

4. All the cancellations of groups should be done by mail or fax. The cancellations are not accepted telephone way. 5. The cancellations can present the following charges depending on the time of anticipation.

6. These conditions can vary to criterion of the General Manager, depending on each particularly case.

8. Security Deposit:
All the groups owe to leave a insurance deposit that will be charged to their credit card, that will be returned in the end of their stady. The deposit of insurance will be of $1000 mxn pesos by each 10 people.
